Christchurch Tram - Cathedral Junction

Explore the best of central Christchurch on the iconic Christchurch Tram. This unique experience combines history and sightseeing on the beautifully restored heritage trams - one of the city’s best loved attractions. Hop on and off all day at any of the 18 stops enroute and loop the city while friendly and knowledgeable drivers update you on all the latest changes.

  • Tickets must be obtained from the Tram Shop, Cathedral Junction by presenting your GP22 nametag.
  • Tickets are valid for tram rides from 21st - 24th July 2022.

Punting on the Avon - Antigua Boat Sheds, 2 Cambridge Terrace

Admire the beautiful Christchurch Botanic Gardens as you glide gently along the Avon River. Punting tours are set aboard handcrafted flat-bottomed boats, poled along by your Punter from the rear end of the boat. An ideal group or family activity, Punting on the Avon is an eco-friendly way to relax and enjoy Christchurch from a different perspective.

Chill offers urban self-guided bike tours around the Christchurch city centre. Chill love to share their bikes and local knowledge and there is so much to see and experience at your leisure. They offer a range of bikes to suit – just pop in to see them, present your GP22 name tag and take a ride.

Reset Room
Relax, rest, and indulge your senses in the reset room onsite at Te Pae. Feel more energised, balanced, and focused in this mindfully curated space featuring plants, a water feature, soft seating options and meditation cushions. Rehydrate from the freshwater urn and revive and invigorate.

Pop in on Friday from midday, Saturday, and Sunday until midday


Limber up with a 50-minute morning yoga session hosted by a qualified yoga teacher. Conveniently located in Te Pae, mats, blocks, and bolsters are all provided.
