Gemma Herbison

Gemma Herbison is a GPEP2 registrar working part time at Little London Medical in Hamilton. She completed a BSc at Otago University in 2014 then went on to do her medical training at the University of Auckland. She has spent the last five years working in Rotorua, before moving to Hamilton in 2025.

She was drawn to general practice by the opportunity to get to know her patients more deeply and look after people long term. Outside of medicine, she works as a dance teacher and has taught kids and adults in different communities in New Zealand for the last 10+ years.
