  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • If you wish to hold a room prior to registering or require a number of rooms for your organisation, please contact Leanne at Conference Innovators.
  • Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the conference may be subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure.
  • No invoice will be issued but can be requested, please contact Leanne at Conference Innovators to request.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Leanne at Conference Innovators to enquire.
  • If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Leanne with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the dates held by the organisers.
